an idea of what has sold in your area, but they do not consider
the many factors that may influence the price your home. For
example, the amount and price range of newly constructed homes
is something a computer generated report can not determine, at
least not as of yet!
Keep in mind that a
CMA is not an appraisal. We
consider homes that are currently on the market and listings that
have expired to give you a price range.
This quick CMA will provide an estimated asking range ONLY. There is no such thing as a completely accurate CMA without touring your home. This
